We want to inform you of the changes our office has had to make due to new Medicaid policies and payment schedules. Please read the letter that applies to you below.
If Medicaid is your PRIMARY insurance provider:
Dear parent,
Our patients have become good friends over the years and a happy part of our day. We work hard to be sensitive, conscientious healthcare providers by honing our professional skills and being responsive to your needs. Unfortunately, it saddens us to know that due to Medicaid reimbursement changes by Premier Access; our office will no longer be accepting patients over the age of seven with Premier Access. If your child is an established patient and there is an open treatment plan that needs to be completed, we will complete this treatment plan within 90 days of this change.
We do encourage you to continue with your child’s dental health care needs. We can continue to treat your child as a self-pay patient. We have listed a dental provider below that accepts your child’s Medicaid insurance. Additional providers may be found by contacting your insurance company.
