The dental practice team at South Ogden Pediatric Dental is proud to provide you with expert consultation and treatment.

M. Wade Rallison, DDS

Dr. Wade graduated in 1994 from the University of Utah with a Bachelors Degree in Biology. He continued his education by graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2000 at the top of his class. Dr. Wade then specialized in pediatric dentistry, graduating from UNMC pediatric program in 2002.

Dr. Wade and his family moved to Utah and started his pediatric practice in 2002.

Dr. Wade continues with his education by working closely with local professionals, as well as being a member of the ADA, WDA, and taking part in a local study club. He also takes continuing education classes, allowing him to remain current in modern technology and the latest methods of treatment.

Amanda Shoemaker - Patient Coordinator

A very important member of South Ogden Pediatric Dental since 2015.

She is in school majoring in Medical Social Work to help US Veterans deal with life when they get back from deployments. We are super excited to have her here!
