Unfortunately, dental problems don't always happen during normal business hours. Should you need emergency dental service, contact Dr. Wade directly at, 801-458-3673. Dr. Wade is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please leave a message and he will get back to you as soon as he can!

We want to provide the best care for your teeth and smile. That's why we have put some information together to help you, the next time you visit our practice. It can also help you understand more about prevention and other dentistry topics.
Preventative care: At least every 6 months you should come to see us for a checkup at least twice a year. If your childs teeth are predisposed to problems, you should be on the safe side and make an appointment for preventative care regularly. Every 3 months if necessary.
Our tip: Come in for a consultation, once Dr. Wade has created a treatment plan we can schedule your next appointment while we have you here in our office!
Is your child starting to get their teeth? We would love to see them and celebrate with you! The earlier you can get them comfortable with the dentist, the happier and healthier their oral hygiene will be.
